Mexican cooking that had several travelers eating here almost every day of their stay, with the 10-taco sharing plate and a jalapeno margarita as the headliners. Portions are generous, the cocktails come big, and staff are noted for handling allergies with care. Good music and a relaxed room round it out.

Walked in and the vibe was great! Good music, our server was super hospitable. Best food we had in Uvita in the two weeks we spent there. We will definitely be back. Thank you 💫
Amazing to find excellent Mexican food in Costa Rica but here you have El Cardon!!! While staying in Uvita we passed the place several times driving and walking around the town. We decided to go check them out on Thursday and they are closed so we went Friday. The atmosphere is excellent, the food was delicious and the Jalapeño Margarita was the bomb!!! If your staying in the Area check this place out early on as you will probably want to visit again.
The best tacos I’ve eating ever!!!! We had the 10 tacos to share, and they were all amazing! But besides that, the drinks are delicious and huge for the price! And the service was truly helpful with our allergies and very kind ! Definitely recommend!
