El Tecal Hotel

Very large rooms with good amenities. Aircon worked okay. Bar area was a bit basic and soulless. Two reasonable pools to use with a terrace area. Breakfast is okay but a little basic.

A mixed bag. The location is excellent and the rooms are clean and well furnished. The restaurant can be a little slow, but on the whole is really good. The reception service was not great. They don't respond to the WhatsApp lone. They have packed in so many people and soem are camping in the front. There is never enough parking and if you park in the alternative places, they lock the gate and you cannot leave early.

Rooms were clean but needed some maintenance. Our shower handle fell off and we had to unplug and replug in the microwave to get it to work. You could hear a lot of noise from other guests. Very thin walls. The room did have a nice little balcony and a good sized refridgerator. Front desk staff were a bit disinterested but the staff who served breakfast was very nice. The food was tasty. The location is excellent for going to the beach at Bellena National Park.
