We stayed here in December during our Costa Rica road trip, and it was without a doubt one of the absolute highlights of our journey. From the very first moment, Sylvain, the owner, gave us an exceptionally warm welcome. He was always helpful, incredibly friendly, and the communication before and during our stay was perfect. You immediately feel at home. The entire staff was just as wonderful, very warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can really feel that hospitality is lived here. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and furnished with great attention to detail and real quality. The rooms are stylish, spotless, and very comfortable. The pool and the jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is excellent as well, close to the beach, the national park, and many activities around Uvita. For us, everything was just right. If we ever return to Costa Rica, we would book this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Had a really nice stay for 3 days at hotel Faremiti in Uvita. A very kind host that was easy to reach with any questions and was open for a chat. Clean room with airconditioning, a pool, a jacuzzi and outdoor shower. We also had our laundry done by the housekeeper wich was really convenient.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Sylvain was very communicative. Here’s what you should know: - It is a hotel but you’re still in Costa Rica. We had a giant cockroach on Day 1 and lots of lizards. - The apartment we stayed in had 2 rooms. The bedroom had air conditioning, and the other room (kitchen with sofa bed) did not. It cooled down at night but was still warm. - The hotel seems to be in the middle of Uvita geographically but is not particularly close to anything. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of hills, rent a car or find a good taxi. - The awesome security guard, Antonio, only speaks Spanish. - Cleaning service is thorough and came once a day. - It is a quiet hotel but sometimes if people are in the pool, it can be loud in the rooms. Overall, it was a good stay and we have no regrets. Gracias!
