About
Spacious two-story villas, new and modern, with fully equipped kitchenettes, beach towels and umbrellas, and generous from-scratch breakfasts. The Spanish family who owns it also runs the on-site restaurant, Sabor Español, whose chef's Spanish dishes get called the best meals of guests' whole Costa Rica trip. It's a safe 10-minute walk to the beach, right by the national park.

We loved our stay here! The villa is huge, providing enough space for two people. We really loved the large bed !!! Finally a normal European double -bed were me and my husband could sleep well. In the ground floor there is kitchenette fully equipped with everything, they also provide beach towels and umbrellas. The construction is very new and modern and the bathroom is very luxurious. The only negative could say is that the bathroom is open in the bedroom so if someone needs to use the toilet the other person needs to go downstairs.... I also missed a drying rack for the wet beach towels, shower towels, swim suits, clothes frm the rain... It was difficult to know where to hang them to dry. But these are just minor things. We loved our 4 night stay there and the breakfast is varied and serving size are enormous. The area feels very safe, we walked to the beach and in the evening to different restaurants and bars. The area is well visited and provides restaurants, bars and a club. I would come back here again :)
I was just passing through this place for a 1 night stay, but I'm so glad we found it! The family that owns it is super nice, the breakfast was fantastic (wow so much food!!), and the rooms/bathrooms are beautiful and there is a patio on the 2nd floor (each room has 2 floors). I didn't think we'd have time to visit the beach due to our short stay, but because this place was so close, we were able to twice (once for sunset, and once in the morning before checkout)! It's only a 10 minute walk to the beach on a road that felt very safe. The price is such a good deal too! I want to come back here one day.
One of the best places where we stayed in Costa Rica. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, there is also a restaurant here with excellent Spanish cuisine. The house itself is really spacious and clean, ideal for 2 people or small family of three. The location is really close to the beach, which makes the stay super comfortable. We really enjoyed our staying here :)
