A sushi-and-wine bar near the Uvita waterfall that couples return to across a single trip. The crunch and mango rolls, seared tuna, salmon nigiri, and patacones with guac and shrimp all get named, and the wine list, strong on whites and a rose by the glass, sets it apart. There's a wine shop to browse too. Reserve, as it fills.

Yum! Everything we ordered was delicious. We had a date night here and truly loved it. The crunch roll was my favorite, but appetizers (the house seaweed salad and the patacones with guac & shrimp) were also divine. We ordered a couple of cocktails, which were also very flavorful. The atmosphere was lovely and perfect for a romantic evening. We’ll definitely be back!
The most amazing sushi ever! It’s a must stop for sure. We referred by two locals and we went twice. So good!
Stopped by Mosaic Wine and Sushi Bar for dinner with my husband whilst staying locally. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The cheeseboard was fantastic, and it made a great starter. For the main course we sampled their amazing sushi. The cocktails were very good and I thought the whole meal was excellent value for money. I would highly recommend a visit if you're in Uvita.
