I can't praise this place enough. One of the best money spending here in Costa Rica. The fried chicken is very affordable. And have you eaten fried chicken with tortilla? If not, this is your chance. The chicken is crispy, well flavored, non-greasy, and juicy inside. The fries are also crispy and fun to eat. The flavor is just right without pretense. I enjoyed it so much that I came the next day to order the same thing plus extra 6 small pieces! The shop opens late but the service is amazing. Oh the buffalo sauce is so tangy - so good with fried chicken. In any event, if you have 5 dollars to spare, don't pass by Pollolandia without trying it.
Fairly good fried chicken and you can feed a family if 4 for under 10 mil colonies so we often pick it up and take it back to our place. Service is always fairly quick. Fries are not anything special but it’s the chicken we go for.
Some of the best fried chicken I've had and I've had a few of the best in the chain franchises: Popeye's, Church's, etc. Really hits the spot and super tasty.
