I'm over a year late for this review but I have to say this is still to this day one of the best steaks I ever had in my life. I've traveled around South America and Paraguay/Argentina are known to have the best steaks in the world but this stacks up right next to them and in some cases surpasses some. I think it's a combination of the cows' diet of wild jungle plants, the hills they climb up and down daily, volcanic soil, being next to the beautiful pacific ocean and the salt content in the soil. I remember them telling me the farm has less than 100 heads so I'm sure they have the time to put the care into raising these cows the right way. My only gripe is it was a bit expensive for me ($35 US/KG for bone in Ribeye) but it was totally worth it for one of the best steaks I ever had in my life. I don’t write reviews very often, but in this case, I just have to. We are traveling from the Czech Republic across all of Costa Rica, and Uvita is our last stop. I have to say, we haven’t found a restaurant this good anywhere else in Costa Rica. From the amazing service to the excellent meats and burgers – simply incredible. 🙂 Plus, their cowboy butter is absolutely worth it 👌. I can only highly recommend it!

Quality meats to buy for home and I love the restaurant attached. Ate here many times! Real food Ingredients are important for me and what I look for in a restaurant. They use tallow to cook with and fry their fries in. It’s also delicious, highly recommend!!
