About
Uvita's upscale option, with stunning views and a kitchen that plates carefully — the jaguar fish ceviche, a sesame-crusted tuna, and the wagyu Sibu burger are standouts, and the tiramisu is worth saving room for. Coffee and blended fruit drinks like the avocado smoothie round it out. Prices run above the sodas but travelers call it money well spent; the roadside outdoor tables are shared with the gelato shop next door.

Great place, food, and atmosphere. The views are stunning! Servers were most helpful. The ceviche, tum yum soup, and angus burgers were delicious! Chimichurri sauce on the side was a great touch. Definitely recommend! Next time we will be in the area, will definitely stop by again.
We stopped here for drinks and really enjoyed it. I had the blended coconut drink with almond milk, and it was perfectly sweet. It was so good I drank it way too fast! It was refreshing, smooth, and exactly what I was craving. My fiancé ordered the Energizer. He said it was good, but it leaned more toward a greens flavor (despite the color) and wasn’t very sweet. If you like less sweet, more green forward drinks, it’s still a solid option.
Our dinners were delicious. The breaded chicken breasts were the most delicious pieces of chicken I have ever eaten and the cheese and smoked chili dipping sauce somehow made them even better. The Sibu burger had so many unique and delicious flavors, from the pickled onions and cucumbers, to fresh jalapenos and mozzarella on a perfectly prepared waygu burger. And we couldn't leave without trying one of their dessert drinks paired with one of the most delicious slices of tiramisu I've ever had, and that is my all time favorite dessert. In hindsight, we should have opted to eat inside as the outdoor seating is on the main road and shared with the gelato store where there were too many unhappy children eating gelato.
