Sol Rising Yoga at Invictus Retreat Center

I had incredible session with Emma this morning doing a Vinyasa Flow. It was a lovely session that was both supportive, challenging and mindful. Emma was a great teacher and helped with adjustments and was very encouraging! It's also a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

I took classes with Michelle and Hanna - both were great! Michelle had a nice pace with a variety of poses to get the body moving, but wasn't overly challenging. Hanna's class was a little more challenging, maybe because some of the fans weren't working 😅 Her adjustments had massage-like components, which was lovely and helpful to go deeper into the poses. Sunday classes are donation based, drop-ins are 7,000, and there are also class packs and local rates. Use Hotel Yuli for directions instead of Sol Rising!
