Set inside Uvita's landmark geodesic Dome, this is first and foremost a breakfast spot: eggs Benedict with properly poached eggs, a Tico breakfast with beef, and smoothies thicker than most in town, cooked up by a Tica chef who clearly cares. Fresh food, friendly service, fair value on the plate. Be aware the open-air Dome can get hot midday, so mornings are the sweet spot.

Anita is an amazing cook who obviously puts great effort and love into every dish. We have made it a regular stop and have never been disappointed! We’re very picky.
This was my favourite restaurant in Uvita. It’s the only place I ate at twice in the 10 days I was there. The breakfast is incredible. The eggs Benedict was perfectly poached and the sauce was delicious. The Tico breakfast with beef was also really tasty. Don’t forget to add a smoothie to your meal! The smoothie was thicker than the other shops I visited. The service is very friendly and you get great value for your money.
This place has some of the freshest food and all of Uvita. The smoothie is the perfect way to start your breakfast and the eggs, beans, plantain and beef for breakfast. Perfect balance of carbs proteins, very flavorful tasty if I can come back here for breakfast every day that would be the best
