About
A Drake Bay dive operation running trips to Isla del Caño, where reviewers report white-tip reef sharks and turtles on most dives — and, on lucky days, giant oceanic mantas and a devil ray. Dive master Wilson is named again and again: experienced, steady in strong currents and heavy surge, and good at knowing where the marine life is. Guests also mention guide Kathrine warmly. Groups run small — several reviewers had the boat to just four divers, a contrast with more crowded operations — and the gear gets good marks too. Open daily from early morning; one diver called Caño's sites by far the best diving in Costa Rica.

My best dive so far (out of 30) with Wilson as a dive master and a very small group (4 in total). He is very experienced, showed us how to handle very strong currents and we saw a lot! Turtles, white tip sharks…. But also two giant oceanic manta rays and one giant devil ray. We were of course lucky but Wilson knew where to go, as other dive groups could not see them as good as we did.
Absolutely great dives with the two dive masters Wilson and Ivan despite super rough sea conditions (crazy underwater surge i had not experienced before). We saw plenty of white tipped sharks and turtles. Really great experience.
Great Experience. Super friendly Staff Caño island is great to dive! Thanks Kathrine to be the best diveguide
