We booked via Booking.com and on arrival, the whole place was very dirty. We were told that someone would come and clean it that afternoon. The place is in very bad state of repair and we regret staying there. Unfortunately, we were super tired and distracted on arrival so didn't speak up soon enough. The furniture is made from pallets and mostly broken, there is only cold water and dead cockroaches in the shower, everything is very dirty and there was no gas for cooking. William, the host, initially offered a full refund when we complained but then ghosted us when he worked out that he could disable the review functionality on Booking.com so we couldn't leave a review. We paid US$47 for the night. We have travelled a lot in Central America and the world and this is by far the worst accommodation we have seen, esp. at that price. Highly recommend not to stay there.

Well that wasn’t worth the cheap price.!Tiny room was quite dirty even the light switch which is very visible and easy to clean. I understood that there were no air conditioning, but my room also had no window at all!!! Where I come from in Canada, it is illegal to rent a room without at least a window or another emergency exit in case of fire. Not safe! The air was incredibly hot and humid in my room and the fans did not help but to move around that same air so I had to sleep part of the night with my door open to get some air from the rest of the house that was better ventilated. The night was fresh and nice, but my room was a sauna. Not sure why they advertise as B and B there was a common kitchen, but that’s it. No pool also too bad. No toilet paper in the bathroom also was not the best of surprises. No roll, but also no spare under the sink or anywhere at all.

Not really a Hotel. This place is a family home with small children and pets, and all that entails. The in room furniture isn't up to a commercial standard. In keeping with the region, power can blackout during peak use, and the water supply can be intermittent. There is a common balcony area where guests can relax, the noise from this area carries across the upstairs rooms which can be unwelcome at 01:00am. The most frustrating shortcoming however, was that upon trying to exit the property at 04:00am for the airport I found the keys supplied didn't unlock the outside security door (which was also blocked by a vehicle) and the property gate that I could access was locked, which required me to climb over the fence.
