The Liberia branch of Costa Rica's homegrown ice cream chain, where the creamy, inventive flavors are the whole point—one regular still raves about the fresas del Poás. There's even a satisfaction meter in the store. Service can vary, and non-Spanish speakers may want to know their order ahead, but the ice cream itself delivers.

Staff is very rude, don’t expect any help ordering and they will refuse to help you understand what you are ordering. Would not recommend this place to anyone who is not fluent in Spanish. This place is probably better suited for locals and they don’t want tourists in here.
Very good
I always have a great experience at Pop's. I'm thinking they do a wonderful job training their employees to be friendly and attentive. They even have a meter right in the store to measure your satisfaction. Then, there's the ice cream! Their creamery experts have a knack for creating the most mouth watering flavors. And all this is at a comfortable price. Try them out! I think you'll be happy you did.
