A small, central Liberia sushi spot where the kitchen will build you what you want, reviewers love that off-menu requests, like a sushi burger, get made on the spot. There's a sushi-boat special, plus Japanese and Chinese dishes, and the service earns warm words. Menus are in Spanish only; it's walking distance from the hostels.

Customer service was great. The person working there was very kind and helpful. He accommodated everything we asked for. The food was amazing. We got sushi rolls and even a sushi burger which I don’t think you can find in a lot of places. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.
Stopped in for lunch for their Sushi boat special and it was very good. We were not quite full and added an extra roll. Service was great and very helpful with any question's. Side note only Spanish menus (completely fine just to make anyone aware).
I've visited 4 times while I was on vacations i went a few times with my aunt and once with my cousin and my nephews they are really nice people with really good food and service
