I went with my family to eat and have a good time. The customer service was acceptable, but the food was a disaster. We arrived and two hours passed without our food arriving. The guy working in the kitchen was looking at his cell phone and hadn't even started preparing our meal.

Terrible. A few days ago I ordered some sausage and fries, something simple, and they took forever to arrive. And if I hadn't asked again, they wouldn't have given it to me because they were just chatting amongst themselves. That customer service is awful 👎🏽
