The owners, John and Annie, are praised by name for going out of their way with recommendations about the Osa Peninsula. Birdlife is a running theme: scarlet macaws squawking overhead and morning bird activity right outside the rooms. One practical note from a guest: shower heat can come and go. Stayed in April and we would definitely stay again. The room was spotless . The staff were so helpful. The lady who greeted us at the desk was superb and gave us all the information we needed. You can have free kayaks and bikes. The room has designs in which the local artists have made which is so cool. Our room.overloooked the tree where the birds met and flew from it every morning , it was just a fantastic experience to hear the noise of these birds. We have birds in the Uk but not to this level it was just amazing. I would just love to stay in the same room again but possibly for longer this time.
Prime! Comfortable! Great view! Coffee in the room. Fridge. Patio. 50 feet from water. Great wifi. The owner is awesome. A bunch of activities from fishing to bikes to kayaks and more! A hotel with a calming beautiful decor. Attention to detail amazing. And Great Price!
For its price point, a great place to stay. Helpful staff, clean, and amazing location. Fantastic birdwatching, with solid recommendations. Shower heat can be a little come and go, but its Puerto Jiménez, you'll want a cooler one anyways.
