About
A small café by the Agua Luna bridge in Puerto Jiménez, best known among reviewers for its baking: sourdough bread, buns with cheese, and chocolate chip cookies that more than one visitor called the best they'd tried. The setting draws as much praise as the food — you can have an iced coffee looking out over the mangroves and lagoon. Sofie, who runs the baking, gets named appreciation. Two things to know: it's cash only, and one reviewer found the coffee itself ordinary and pricey. Open daily 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with takeout and delivery.

Excellent bakery stuff, loved their sourdough bun with cheese and the best cookies I have ever tried! Beautiful location.
Amazing sourdough bread and the cookie was out of this world delicious. Had an ice coffee looking over the mangrove and the sea. Loved it.
The most delicious chocolate chip cookie! This is a hidden gem with a great view of the mangroves and lagoon. Sofie does a wonderful job.
