Hard Croc Fisherman's Bar & Restaurant

The restaurant isn't easy to find, as it's located on the grounds of the Botanika Resort. We had the Classic Burger, which unfortunately came without lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. The meat was juicy and tasty, and the portions were generous. The service was friendly, but we didn't really like the atmosphere, so we opted for smaller restaurants in town on the other evenings.

Maria and the chef were excellent. The food here is extremely good and the quality/price is way better than the Hilton restaurant. If you are in the area or staying at the Hilton I would strongly recommend it. We had fish of the day most times, either blackened or with teriyaki. The chef really knows what he is doing as it was excellent quality. Tiny issue on the last night when it was a busy day they slightly overcooked the fish, but overall it didn’t impact our overall recommendation. To the restaurant: I would recommend more marketing to make the restaurant more obvious for Hilton guests. If more people know about your restaurant I think you’d have a huge amount of customers!

Great place with friendly staff. We ordered burger and sandwiches- the portions were huge! My sandwich would have easily fed 2 people. The filling (fish) were of really good quality.
