Long-standing travel agency in Puerto Jiménez arranging Corcovado tours, chocolate farm visits and transport around the Osa Peninsula. Older reviews are warm: one traveler described how Gabriela organized a Corcovado tour, a family chocolate farm visit and transfers, even arranging a boat drop-off right at their lodging in Matapalo, with a veteran local guide. A more recent reviewer had the opposite experience — a tour request was agreed to and then went unanswered despite repeated emails and WhatsApp messages — so it is worth confirming any booking in writing before you count on it. Open weekdays 8 to 5, closed weekends.

We worked with Gabriela to arrange a tour of Corcovado, a chocolate plantation (family farm), and arrange transport to San Jose. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, and arranged wonderful tours. The boat back from Corcovado actually dropped us off where we were staying in Matapalo - an amazing and awesome option that is not widely know. Also the guide she found us, Phillippe (sp?), was wonderful. A long time resident (formerly of the park) who knows the history and landscape personally. Thank you Gabriela for being flexible and helpful and arranging some tours that will be in our family memory banks as highlights of Costa Rica!
Excenle Lodge
Run away!! They agree to a tour request and then nothing... even after multiple follow-ups by email and WhatsApp, they don't even have the professionalism to reply to messages. In short, a lot of stress and wasted time, so if you want to be sure of your booking, avoid this agency!!
